Pastor Elder Donnie & Evangelist Missionary Korena Massey
In 1979 Elder Donnie Massey was united in marriage to Missionary Korena Massey. Elder Massey was appointed as the first Youth Pastor under Superintendent Dr. Leonard Brooks Jr and served for 17 years before being appointed Assistant Pastor by Pastor James Andrews Jr. in 2006.
Missionary Massey is our current Purity Lady and has served in many areas of the church including as the Purity Sunday School teacher and Vacation Bible School leader.

In Loving Memory Of Superintendent James W Andrews Jr
After service well done in the army of the Lord Pastor Andrews began to rest from his labor on December 16th, 2024. As a member of Greater Wayside Temple Pastor Andrews served in many roles including Assistant Pastor, Pastor (2006-2024), Superintendent, and Administrative Assistant. He earned a Purple Heart for his service during the Vietnam War. His motto was, "We work better together."

Elder Wheeler went home to be with the Lord on September 5th, 2015. He served as Missions President, Missions Vice President, New Converts Class Teacher, and he was a member of our Drug Awareness Team.

Mother Moore went home to be with the Lord on December 15th, 2019. She served locally on the Mother's Board, Pastor's Aid, and as the Minister's and Deacon's Wives President. Prior to joining Greater Wayside Temple she served as District Missionary of the Solid Rock District.

Mother Juanita Smith went home to be with the Lord on April 19th, 2020. She served as our church mother from 1978 until 2020, and she also served in many other areas in our church including District Missionary of Joshua District.
